What is contract parking and how does it work?

Our contract parking service offers you the peace of mind of knowing that you have a parking space at one of our sites across the city, on either a daily basis, of on a 24/7 arrangement at selected sites It does away with the stress and worry of finding a space or needing to arrive early enough to secure a space- your space is already there for you. Once you’ve identified a car park that would suit you, we send an agreement for signature, and then ask that you set up a standing order for your monthly parking fee. We also ask that the first payment is a payment of both your first and last month’s rent. Once everything is in place, we arrange for the collection of a key/ fob for the site, and send your permit to you, allowing you to park straight away!

Am I tied into a long contract?

No- we know that flexible parking is important, so we only ask that you pay for the first and last month’s parking, and that thereafter, your parking is extended on a month-to- month basis, to suit you.

Will I be given an allocated space?

At some of our sites, we offer allocated spaces. At others, we guarantee that you will have a space, although you are not given an allocated space.
